Shipping Policy

We ship all over Great Britain.  We use natural materials to wrap & ship our products. We try to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum. We use the Post Office  to guarantee you the best & most widespread service available in the U.K.

We expect the products we ship to arrive in excellent condition, however if  for a reason beyond our control the product arrives in bad condition & the package wet or broken,  please let us know as within 3 days of reception, a mail with a photo to testify the condition. We will advice you as what to do.

We will replace free of charge, including the return shipping costs  of any products spoilt during shipment.

 

For a product that you wish to return because you have changed your mind or no longer require it, we will  on reception of the product in our office we will reimburse to you the cost of the product. However we are not able to pay the shipping cost of returning the product.
